company in Düsseldorf, Germany.
We are specialized in promoting health and
performance of people with psychological
knowledge and methods.
Guiding principle
Health and performance are achieved by developing competencies and the
personality of individuals and teams. Together with appropriate work and
organizational design.
Founder
Stefan Klemens, the owner and founder, is a consultant, coach and a
professional psychologist with an academic degree by the University of
Bonn. He is specialized in Work Psychology, Organizational Psychology
and Health Psychology.
Human Needs
Experience and empirical data show that human beings want to perform and
build up their self-efficacy. However, this need is only fulfilled lastingly when
accompanied by good relations and working conditions as well als physical
and mental well-being, and a greater meaning of life.
